So, you're in the market for a new service management tool, or perhaps you want to enhance your existing tool.  The good news is there are loads of tools to choose from, and different hosting options are available too. The bad news is, short cuts on this project will result in very obvious failures which can be costly in more ways than financial. 

The trick is to fully understand why a relacement for your current tool is needed. Then you can decide whether the reasons behind the replacement include additional stakeholders, additional capabilities, and different processes to those in use already.

This service is in no way similar to an accredited training course. It simply allows you to study in your own time, at a much lower cost than attending a three-day accredited training course would.

The ITIL© foundation certification is not dependent on attendance of an accredited training course. You may learn from the books and sit the exam through APM Group approved examination centres.
